U can try an under eye peptide cream or volifuline

make sure to do all the water shit like get better sleep, good diet, lower stress, etc. if it still persists it's probably genetic which could be due to either naturally thin skin/little fat in the area or just naturally dark pigmentation in the area which both can only be fixed with surgical shit like fat grafting, filler or laser respectively. you can also fraud with makeup like a faggot if you want to mask it
