ok so you can either jus use 0.001 mg scale and measure out the dosage and jus put into capsule and swallow BUT scales are usually inaccurate with that low of weght so you can do geometric dilution or put erda in solvent and extract desired dose and put into capsule and swallow.

For geo dilution you want to use something like mcc or creatine or taurine jus use powders that are similar to those and youl be good
