A found a bird being chased by a cat and saved it and now keep him hes really aggressive he'll hiss at me thru his cage and try to bite me but when i put my hand in the cage he doesnt what can i do?

Woa that's a parrot it will be very annoying to deal with they're highly intelligent for that.

I'd try to make a post on Facebook and see if someone is missing it (if you don't want to keep it).

It looks at least not young so it probably knows he's in a weird place and stressed. What time is it for you? There is no way this is a wild bird

You need to find a nesting crow place and feed them meat, I had magpies come to my window some time ago and I'd leave them some ham, they love it. It takes some time until they trust you tho. Months..

They really get to know you and will follow you sometimes if they feel like it, it's cool, crows are more social at that than magpies too. They would stalk me sometimes instead.

But a cat wash chasing him and he hithismel from a tree and a caught him he kept biting
