I'm relatively new to this community, can someone who's more knowledgeable explain to me what this procedure is, and what it's used for? I've never seen anything like this before.

Yeah, I read that in the title. I'm familiar with Lefort 2, and sliding genioplasty. But how is it possible to combine BIMAX and BSSO? I thought those procedures were done separately, and I have no idea what the goal of the AMO part is. Maybe for Asian people with very flat mid-faces?

also usually a surgery like this is not the end goal - it's to fix failos so you can build on top of it

for example, I plan to get a bimax, and then implants on top of that - bimax to fix recession which wont net me many PSL points, but that combined with implants should give me a good lower third

because normies have like a billion flaws that makes them normies. asymmetry, ratios, phenotype, cranial base, overall etc. most likely a surgery like that will just make you a normie lol

Sounds like a good strategy, I plan on doing something similar, but I think I want MSE first so that I might be able to dodge getting cheek implants.
