Does anyone know what type of Lefort she had.

This is by far the biggest nasal base projection increase I've seen from any double jaw surgery. bottom of the nose is moved so much farther further. Never seen anyone post talk about it. Does anyone have an ideas of how the cut was done (type of lefort)? I'm assuming its a custom Lefort 1 but cut like a 3-4mm higher then usual but i might be wrong. How much more risky is it over a normal lefort 1, and what are expected cost with or without good insurance.
