does anyone know why i cant sleep for straight 7 hrs + and i keep waking up every 3 hrs and its freaking me out cuz im lowk a hypochondriac

it started like around a month ago where i fucked up my sleep cz i needed to study for my exam and my last paper is on next week monday lmao...i normally am able to sleep properly and i started eating darkchoc for magnesium n stufff to try n get myself to sleep better but i jus cant now anymore...its been tormenting me and thats all i can think about so does anyone know any way cuz its been stressing me up like wht if i fuck up my hormones and ruin some crucial shit in my body lol

Speaking anecdotally your hormones r prob already messed up. This has been happening to me as well these past two weeks from hopping off cycle.

lmao a thing is i use night mode through the whole day so my screen is kinda orange everytime tht kinda blocks bluelight no?
i know its not by a huge ton

Lmao yeah i plan on hopping back on a cruise to get my sleep and shit regulated, i've accepted waking up at 2-3 AM and just stimulantmax and hit the gym.

sounds like you have acute insomnia and your body recognized you didn’t sleep one day and decided you don’t need sleep anymore. go to the doctor and get it checked out but a couple things i recommend is don’t force sleep, follow your circadian rhythm and try not to remind yourself too much about not getting sleep RIGHT before going to bed so that you don’t like unconsciously tell your body not to sleep.

Don't stress about it. Hormones will go back to normal just keep doing the right stuff. Stressing itself isn't helping

i’ve been taking magnesium glycinate 340mg daily and it’s been helping with sleep a lot

I highly recommend 2-4 shots of Vodka or something with a high % makes you sleep peacefully
