I still got a Wide palate and i never got them whitened too. I Just Need veneers on canines and lower tooth and whitening and i'm good smile wise.

No, I haven't done anything at all for my smile yet like teeth whitenning, whihc I might get because it looks yellowish in dark lighting, nbut idk if it would be worth it.

Just use hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, cheap and effective. And just avoid staining stuff, and if you must, drink your coffee through a straw and so forth

I literally never drink coffee or anything that stains my teeth, but mouthwash is actually kinda bad for your teeth because the alcohol dries it out and removes a protective layer.

I don't use regular mouthwash, i just use hydrogen peroxide with water for teeth whitening once ever week or two

And I don't because I basically the whitest shade possible when I got my teeth whitening done, but I drink around 4-5 cups if coffee a day and I used to smoke almost a pack of cigs up until a month ago, so it was to prevent staining and me using hydrogen peroxide helped me maintain the same colour for a year despite all that

I buy it in 3% and do a 1-3 ratio with water
