I use tret basically every day, apart from drying out the skin, its great. Just make sure to use moisturizer(plenty)

I used tretinoin for about a year and a half and the results were rlly good, great if ur looking to fix an uneven skin tone. It got rid of almost all my scars and reduced redness a lot. make sure to use at night and to pair with moisturizer. In my experience, it made my skin flakey and dry, not that fun.

For dosages and strength it depends on how sensitive ur skin is. My skin is sensitive as fuck and even the 0.025% concentration caused my skin to flare. If you are consulting a dermatologist for this I recommend getting their opinion on the strength if they know what ur skin is like. 0.05% is probably fine for most people. If you are buying this yourself through other means, i suggest that you consider buying less/1 tube at a time.

Great. The initial purge was pretty brutal, but once it stabilized it started to work really fast, especially once i upped the dosage to .1. I'm 1.5 years in now from having brutal cystic acne ridden skin and now the hyperpigmentation now is almost completely gone and my skin is close to being clear. If you do go forward with it make sure to start out with .025 and slowly up your dosage as your skin gets used to it. Also make sure to moisturize a lot, especially once you start out. you'll be Molting like a lizard.
