It doesn't, in some studies they gave letrozole to childrens for years and they were just fine.
Moreover, in studies about aromatase deficient men they have a normal intelligence, they usually only perform below average on verbal memory subtests but other than that they are normal.

Aromatase must be more active in that very brain area i guess.

Estrogen is neuro protective, lacking it for all life is dangerous.

Using asin for few years in teenage years shouldnt be harmful tho

Imo it does, I definitely felt my writing ability plummet when I was on it.
