1. the studies were mostly conducted on middle aged men with lower test due to age

2. it doesn’t significantly boost testosterone by much, only around 14%, I’m sure this depends on how much testosterone you already have, since I’m in puberty i don’t think it’ll boost my test much

Lowers cortisol so yeah it increases test, though not by much. Probably worth trying atleast because it is so cheap and you can get it everywhere

Yeah probably i havent looked into it that much, but worth trying imo. If you feel better it does not matter if it is placebo or not
