Can I take it to boost my test during puberty?

1. the studies were mostly conducted on middle aged men with lower test due to age
2. it doesn’t significantly boost testosterone by much, only around 14%, I’m sure this depends on how much testosterone you already have, since I’m in puberty i don’t think it’ll boost my test much
3. I’m looking for second opinions
