my mother is 166 and Fahrer is 178cm and im currently 178 and 17 yo how tall can I get plates where open last year

Banded Sleeping is cope, that is posturemaxxing, not heightmaxxing. Useful for alignment and aesthetics, but if someone is claiming inches of growth, that’s straight misinformation.

well your current 178 cm already puts you slightly above genetic average so i would say that most guys in your position can still gain 1–4 cm, sometimes a bit more if puberty finished late, so i recommend sleeping 9+ hours, train enough and have a good diet

Fuck Bro when school is i sleep like 5 hrs but now its vacation so I can sleep like 9+

holy how th only 5 hours? i would say to focus on the school days nights cause they are a lot more then this vacation, same for me but i sleep rn 10+ hours

Yeah I dont know Like I got used to sleep like 5 Hours or less on a day since 5th Grade idk how but tryna get 10+ bro

well personally i do this things before bed
  • i have a fixed sleep window: same bedtime and wake time daily, rarely exceptions
  • phone off 60–90 min before bed (blue light kills melatonin, no cope)
  • i prepare my room to be dark and cold (18–20°C, blackout if possible)
  • i eat the last big meal 2–3 hours before sleep
If you can’t hit 10h instantly, ramp it: go 8.5 → 9 → 9.5 → 10 over weeks.
