his cheekbones seem a little too round and full which I think contributes to his feminine appearance
His lips also look very feminine
Also his eyebrows seem a little too spread apart which is a more feminine feature
I think his face seems feminine because some of the essential features we use to determine sex visually are more feminized on his face
High FWHR can look feminine or masculine depending on the features a very short and wide face can look super effeminate if you lack the right features whereas the same short and wide face can look super masculine if it is accompanied by the right features
