No you can't change your genetics. I was breastfed until I was 3 and I didn't grow more than my actual genetic potential.

Yes I was breast fed until 4 years and still ocassionaly partake, I grew to 6'3

Breastfeeding promotes craniofacial development and it wouldn't surprise me that getting proper nutrition doesn't hurt your development so yeah
