pretty sure i grew an inch at 19 from it ngl. i noticed a lot of changes running hgh/peptides but i was also on steroids so its tough to say for sure which was the main driver. both worked amazing together tho

How old are you? Igf 1 and hgh always stimulate growth for young people, but if you are 30 then you would have many effects like higher bone density but you will not grow taller. There is so much info about it from the thousands of bodybuilders who take it you can find tons of stuff online

u get used to it by time i pin in my butt so no veins but todsy it bled so much for no reason sometimes i pin snd not a single drop comes out it depends

You could probably still grow, I would recommend looking up studies for teenagers and young adults with igf 1, and search for some accounts of personal experiences/stories. Hgh and igf1 are given to kids and teenagers as prescriptions who arent growing fast enough or tall enough, its been used for a long time and it definitely works but at a certain age you are not able to add any length to your bones
