Does Beta Carotene affect DHT?

Lycopene and Astaxanthin do affect it negatively, what about beta carotene? I need that glow but i don wanna nuke my dht

Retarded thread. Any lipid-soluble substance is likely to negatively impact testosterone's conversion into other hormones. This means that beta-carotene will reduce DHT, but will also reduce estrogen which will then increase T, which will increase T/E ratio.

Overall the effect is very small though. The correlation is like r=0.05 or something.
