since nobody on here talks about it imma ask it. both my jaws r deviated to the right creating one subhuman and one average side.

Does bimax correct asymmetrys well? other Results looked like shit so idk. Can bimax give a mf symmetry or not bc people on here say it doesnt change the front.

It can, and that asymmetry looks pretty bad so bimax would be a good option

how does a surgeon correct an asymmetry like that to begin with? I got a smaller jaw on one side (underdeveloped), so ig trimax does fully correct it right?

Bimax cant add bonemass, it can center your jaws to your midline. (Im not necessarily saying this in regards to ur situation, im just saying a general thing)

So its possible you need jaw implants on 1 side after bimax cuz the most they can do is center ur jaws, not replace missing bone mass.

Your lower jaw would be advanced more on one side and genio to correct chin asymmetry, that'll do most of the work cause most of the time your head is slightly tilted due to your lower jaw being tilted and your head posture naturally aligns to make your lips straight but the rest of your head is slightly tilted.

Well it can add bone length

Look at the picture he showed, no amount of bimax is gonna make his gonions bigger on 1 side. If his jaws get centered, his gonion on 1 side will still be smaller.

Midline asymmetry is relavent to the rest of the skull, not to the jaws themself. If you isolate the jaws in the picture he showed and pretend the jaws are centered, they are clearly still asymmetrical in bone mass.

im not sure what the diffrence between bonemass and bonelength is but you should be able to make the smaller jaw longer to create an more symmetrical look isnt that right??

Yes?

Nibber u dont need my opinion, tell the doctor to center ur jaws to the midline, and then u can get implants where there is still missing bonemass.. also go to a doctor that can lengthen ur ramus (if u have that issue too).

ive seen like alfaro or someone lengthen the ramus im pretty sure, most doctors prob dont do it cuz its more complex i think (idk).

i dont know anything about implants, but the thing with ramus lengthening is the risk outweighing the benefits. I read some studies advicing against it and my surgeon himself doesnt like doing it or doesnt know how to.

You will go to Dr Eppley for implants. Tell him to make you less assymetrical after u get bimax. Find a different doctor or accept the asymmetry in ur ramus then idk.
