Does bimax typically improve angularity in the face?

In this Raffaini result you can really see that the guy's angularity improved. Is this because of the bimax that makes the fat distribution different in the cheeks?

I would say it’s less about the movements the surgeon does and more about your underlying base.

I often ask surgeons during a consultation what the anatomical basis for a good jawline is and how they achieve it - I don’t think I’ve ever got a real answer from any of them.

Your best chance at achieving angularity is far cheaper - filler. Implants rarely provide such an angular result as they may not integrate well with the soft tissue.

the reason for this is because his gonions are already wide so by downgrafting the maxilla and advancing the mandible forward the jaw goes from a u to a v
