Does bone smashing actually work?

yes it can, but it can also appear assymetrical but most of it is temporary swelling anyway, you would have to bonesmash for months to years to get lasting results

Okay thank you let me ask you why do I have one hollow cheak? I think it’s bc I used to chew on my left side now my right side and also I think my zygos are a bit freaked up and asymmetrical? Could it maybe just be fat or is it my bones?

It could just be uneven fat deposition, try to get as lean as possible and if it remains, it's most likely just bone structure and or how your body stores fat
