ive sort of done research sort of. Ive gone on forums and some say it does work, but google and stuff said its dangerous. I dont plan on doing it so far cus of the nerve endings n stuff.

No. Bonesmash is 100% cope, yes it causes swelling not permanent tho. Not worth even doing it for the swelling cause in long time it will cause recession. Pls dont listen to kent’s or anyone from tiktok’s advice, kent hardmaxxed
