Wolff’s law and other biological principles are real, but believing you can exploit them to reshape your facial bones is naive at best. You can’t just "hack" biology like that. You’re not producing enough force to meaningfully change your facial bone structure without risking long-term damage, bruising, and ironically making yourself look worse. And let’s say, hypothetically, you could apply enough force safely, there’s still the fact that you’re not a machine. You won’t hit both sides of your face with perfect symmetry or force. That alone would lead to uneven results, if any.

Even assuming all of that somehow works without complications, bone smashing requires consistent, focused effort. Let’s be honest, normies won’t stick with it for a week, let alone a year.

yeah honestly when i do bonesmahing i only hit the zygos and chin, maybe the brow ridge too but nothing else
 
if youre not smashing your zygos for 3+ hours a day then what are you even doing? You need to take TS seriously
