I know bonds can get denser from stuff like lifting and overall health, but I keep seeing people claim that "bone smashing" can make a real difference, especially for the face. Other people say it's complete nonsense. Im not trying to do anything stupid, just wanna know if there's any real proof behind it or if it's mostly swelling/placebo.
