Nobody actually knows. But from what i can tell the bonesmashing results i got were hematoma ossifying into a permanent scar tissue that looks like bone.

It might build up scartissue if done "correctly", but it has high risk of asymmtery and just looking like shit just as commenter above stated.

But there is the other method that causes swelling and thats a temporary fix i guess
