does bonesmashing really work or is it just cope?

I've seen so many talk people about how it works but at the same time I've also seen other people say it just cope. what do y'all think?

I don’t recommend it but yes it works by creating scar tissue that looks like bone. It does not create bone.
Good question though. There are obviously risks tied to it as well hence why i don’t want to reccomend it.
