mostly just temporary gains due to inflamation. not 100% sure tho.

It's cope. If i recall right bones grow in size in response to constant pressure not random trauma. Even if you somehow got them to grow a meaningful amount (would take lots of very hard, repeated hitting) there's a high chance of them being assymetrical

you get CTE before you get the results. Also you will get asymmetrical if you apply uneven force
