Like should i do it daily or not because i see some people saying its cope and others saying it works

Cope asf that’s only for retards nigga

If it works on your brow ridge and knuckles, why shouldn't it work on other regions of your face?

Endless sparring accentuated my brow ridge. Including the density and thickness of my knuckles.

Surely, if we apply this same logic, pick up a hammer and start targeting the mandible it would work?

I'll update thread in 3 months

cope cope cope, it doesnt make ur bones bigger like what some retards are saying

I do K1 kickboxing and my knuckles and shins have had an effect so it should work on my face right?

That is Not How wolf‘s Law work - Bonesmashing does Not help you Buddy
Wolff's law is mechanical, so the strain on bone tissue will trigger osteocytes to regulate osteoblast and osteoclast activity, resulting in bone density and trabecular adapting to match the applied distribution of stress. How else does it work?

worked for me my chin was recessed my whole life untill i bonesmashed it for a year

“Bone smashing” misunderstands how Wolff’s Law works. Bones do adapt to mechanical stress, but the stress has to be applied repeatedly over months to years through normal loading (walking, lifting, chewing, growth), not through random impacts to the face.

The forces needed to significantly remodel adult facial bones are enormous and typically require continuous force for long periods (as seen with orthodontics, palatal expansion, or surgical distraction osteogenesis), not a few minutes of hitting your face each day.

You're right, they adapt to mechanical stress.

Bonesmashing would only wield results throughout the months, with localised, consistent, blunt trauma.

Regardless, I'll show you the results in 3 months-if there are any.

It's gay, and sounds fucking ridiculous.

If someone told me to try it 6 months ago I'd have probably slapped them. Before I look into fillers, it's at least worth trying.

+ I'm not retarded, so don't worry about too much damage being done.

Agree with the Filler‘s Part my friend (y)

Fuck off the hammer and go straight to fillers?

Would you recommend at least trying this method first for a few months to see?
Wait a few more months tbh - just my amateur opinion on that
