this is only talking about the facial areas shown in the title no where else

Bonesmashing in the brow ridge is a obvious no no and you will probably damage nerves

mewing - constantly applying pressure on palate for bone movement (not remodelling as you think bonesmash does)
neck curls - grows bigger neck and fix your posture
chin tucks - fixes posture (only thing that can lead to more forward growth)

you can even try hyoid bone raising training, there are studies for all of these unlike bonesmashing

do aswell your skincare, sleep, diet, gym
those are the only things you need
