It doesnt cuz it dont work Bone smashing doesnt work the way u think it only swells up the sofg tissue on ur face if u actaully look at the study (wolfslaw) its done on other circumstances like not smashing more like Wolffs Law states that bones adapt to repeated mechanical loading over time so only way is implants fillers or roids
