I bonesmashed my chin a few times a week and when the pain went away I would do it again and im not gonna lie my chin has lengthened a few millimeters but also significantly and visibly if im 13 maybe hormones can actually rebuild new bone tissue as a recover from that trauma

So if im 13 its better if I start taking supplements like collagene vitamins and calcium zinc ex.. and pubertymaxx
YOURE 13??????
Bro why would you bonesmash, the bone still grows for 5-7 years and yes just puberty max or take HGH, wouldn’t recommend roids at that age so just testmax (there’s a mehathread about natural testmaxing and pubertymaxing just stick them)

No it doesn’t, just placebo or swelling

Your chin hasnt grown a couple mm. It's either swelling or scar tissue because i KNOW you did not experience heterotropic ossification.

Do it so everyone know that u are high iq and u know what u are talking about
Wolfs law only works for controlled mechanical loading and that’s NOT what you do when your bonesmashing, you just create traumas and wolfs law wouldn’t apply on that. Smashing the bone creates injury’s and these injury’s don’t heal back in a aesthetic way.

And to even get the bone to „answer“ to the Smashes you would need to do it extremely hard and not just punching the chin a little, you only punch the tissues not the bone.

There are thousands of threads on this forum on why bonesmashing doesn’t work in a aesthetic way (you can just use the little search bar in the top right)

Arguing with greys really is Hell

Yeah true but trust me if you would do it hard enough for it to even work, it wouldn’t work in a way you’d want it to. If you’re under 18-20 the bone is still growing and the tissues are still thickening, the mm probably just come thought that and if you really want to have more projection, do a filler DIY.

The „arguing with greys…“ was more about the other ones

Faggot you re recommending exogenous hgh to a 13 yr old you realise that if you take exogenous hgh or anything you won't produce it naturally and if you have higher hgh levels than normal your body would think that its at an older stage of development and it will fuse the fuck out of your growth plates

Cycle it and take AIs

Has nothing to do with the age

You realize Ais don't fully block the closure of the growth plates right and what you re gonna do about not producing hgh naturally?
As I said cycle it

And yes ais don’t entirely block it but if you take hgh and ais the growth plates will round about close at the same age, when they would naturally, maybe even keep them open longer (it basically balances itself out)
