So I’ve seen a lot of videos about bonesmashing some say it’s cope some say it’s working but does it actually work? And I’ve seen a lot of people doing it with a massage gun is the massage gun more effective than the hammer?

yes, i prefer to use my fists because with the hammer i was getting uneven results and it was harder to control for me personally.

Yeah hammer gave faster results for me i just started to get asymmetrical i like to use my fists because i could hit both sides at the same time to make sure i was doing it evenly.

Yeah it does work, just be careful because I have a friend who did ( and probably still does it ) who has some zygomatic asymmetry. Also I wouldn't recommend bs'ing your infras or supras cuz I know someone who went blind in one eye from that. This is one case where you DONT DNR THE SIDE EFFECTS BOYO

yes but now how u think,when u bs doesnt grow bone but hard tissue called fibrosis,yes it will add into your zygos or chin or whereve your bs BUT its not bone and be carefull whilst you do it,also get a hammer and have a girl reject you and with the rage just fucking SLAM that shit into your zygos

It definitely does work but when you do it only do it for 15 mins and get as many hits in as possible and use ur fist and brace ur head

idk what to do bro i have reccesed asf face (even tho it looks normal but still looking now at my profile photo i see that i have -z-e-r-o- ok maybe like 10% forward growth, recessed chin + maybe reccesed maxxila and because of that, long midface and philtrum + not enough under eye support + in the photo my ramus isn't very prominent, even though IRL I thought I had a decent ramus.) so i dont know if bonesmashing will help with this, can somebody help? Maybe on infras its ok because it will add undereye support but on zygos i saw videos that fibrosis shifts upwards with facial movement, like when you smile

surgery is the only hope bonesmashing will not fix your recessed face im sorry man,get a job asap and save up your money,when youre 18 get bimax,rhino and filler and that will most def help you,look into it man you dont need 160 iq to learn abt surgeries

nah, surgeries and all this doctor's shit is not the way, maybe i'll look into some peptides that selectively block fgfr3 or some hgh supplements in future
