Does CCW affect paranasal area?

I have very high and wide cheekbones with average projection I suppose, but my paranasal area and lower third in general are kinda flat. Next year I’ll get bimax to fix my lower third. I’ll get ccw rotation for sure because my occlusal plane is not ideal. Does this movement effect the paranasal area making it more compact? If not wich is the benefits of the ccw?

yeah it's effect paranasal area but lefort 1 cut afaik don't include all paranasal area maybe high cut lefort 1 could help
