Does Chondroitin bring the Same effects as glucosamine

My bone age is 18 I dont want to lower my igf1 thats why chrondroitin+msm would be an Option for me im wondering if its going to bring the Same effects(keeping some of my Morning height)?

Glucosamine basically builds what prevents breakdown of the cartilage and chondroitin just makes the cartilage absorb more water
