Im feeling a constant deep sadness or void in me and I get really anxious in public spaces with many people to the point I almost cant breathe since quite a long time and I'm wondering if this negatively affects my bonegrowth/height potential?

Bro cortisol spikes have hella little effects on test, because of its very short duration. Cortisol spikes and stress can tho lead to skin problems and bloating shown in various studies(you can look it up). In conclusion yes and no, specifically on hormones there are other bad habits that are much more deficient for hormone regulation. But in conclusion don’t worry about it fucking up your hormones just try to find some kind of happiness
