After doing research I’ve seen multiple videos stating that creatine makes you bloat and has side effects just wondering if all this is true

it’s literal main function is to increase water retention intramuscularly which isn’t bloating per say but essentially a higher base level of fluid ur body holds on to so if you tryna dry out then creatine is pretty averse for that goal

People also say it wrecks your kidneys and causes hairloss
maybe if you don’t hydrationmaxx on it, imagine signaling to your body to hold more water and then not adjusting ur intake that’s where most people’s issues w it comes from, idk about hair loss but cramping an electrolyte imbalance fs happen

Yes. It brings in water weight. The point of it is it rushes water to your muscles which helpa you lift more in your session which adds muscle on top of what you would build over time, and helps the muscles somehow recover a bit better. But the way creatine is is that you will gain water weight

No, it does not cause water retention under the skin, only in the muscle.
