It is a curse when you are high BF (<18%)
and a blessing when you are low (>14%)

Yeah when I'm like close to 10-12% bodyfat my cheeks look way hollower from the front. And they get full when I'm around 15+ % bodyfat. I hope I don't have to be super lean all the time with age.

yes, my hollows are getting pretty visable. i think theyd be perma hollows at 12%

it also gives next to my mouth a big chubby look as you can see (oogee curve)

There’s 2 ways u tell mainly

1: feel with 2 fingers under your cheekbone and slowly slide it towards your nose, if your fingers and bone slowly go down towards your mouth and lower nose area, that means it’s probably shallow, but if yours is deep, like mine, it didn’t slope down at all, instead it goes directly to the lower maxilla

2: Suck in your cheeks, if there is a lot of fat in your cheek area and you look like an autist, more than likely you have deep canine fosa, if you look better and more leaner, you likely have shallow canine fosa

in 2-4 months i will get leaner and will tell you my thoughts about it, this may be why some people look better at different body fat %, fat distribution is bullshit.
