I am 16 when I turn 18 i am getting genioplasty but I want a good hyoid area so idk if genioplasty is enough

There not gonna do a actual deep necklift on you nigger. Maybe you can get them to reposition the hyoid bone or something idk. But you are not going to have the needed laxity to do a neck lift at 18.

Deep neck lift moves skin muscles and removes fat so why it wouldn't work?

If you're young and have submental laxity that's not just from mandibular recession you can get a great result from a simple platysmaplasty where they just stitch the superficial neck muscles tighter. I can't see someone young needing a deep lift where they're removing glands and shit

Yes so would i combine it with genio? My maxxila is not resecesed and my mandible is already the only thing is my chin projection
