not sure if they work i was considering it but i might not do them.

only thing u can do to increase frame is increase the muscle mass on ur back specifically the lats. I did this and increased my frame by several inches but it was because i already had a good base frame. I feel that the breathing squats might work because of the increase in gh and it does expand rib cage but other than that i think everything else is cope
