Just drinking tons of water wont do much but water is extremely important. You shouldnt just down 3 litres in one go, as your gunna be pissing all the time. Drinking small amounts through the day will effectively reabsorb the water contents into your blood 😛

does help but its not really gonna move the needle if your sleep is horrible/eating goyslop constantly/smoking/acne etc. more a supplement rather than anything thatll significantly help on its own

unless u only drink like energy drinks and soda rn then yes lol

Drink water. Breathe air. You don't need a vape.

One word. ELECTROLYTES. Get yourself a measuring teaspoon. You need roughly 500mg-1000mg of sodium per litre of water, which you can get from table salt, and throw in LOSALT or similar for potassium.

reading these grey comments hurts my eyes, drinking tons of water will make you piss all of electrolytes out of your body, so it's not good. Drinking less water than optimal can make your skin worse in terms of appearance (dull and dehydrated look with more lines) but it wont fix any acne or texture just by drinking optimal amounts, it will just make your skin function normally.
