Does DSIP need to be cycled

Do i need to take a week off every x amount of weeks (if so how should i cycle it) or is it not something that need to be cycled and can i tske it everyday. Also what doaage would you guys recomend

Don’t take it more than 3-4x a week. Take a break after a month or so since tolerance builds up. Start with 200mcg. Why do u plan on taking it though?

Ight when i take a break from it after a month how long should the break be? 1 week? Also am taking for test increase and good sleep
