i heard this alot eating carbs makes you bloated makes you look boneless makes your skin worse etc but is it all true

carbs and dairy can cause acne only if genetically predisposed
the bloat is real but its not that bad
carbs are also a great fuel (pre gym meal as an example)

i am asking this because i had mogger tier bones but these days i look bloated and my bones are hidden my diet consists of alot of carbs

your BF% is probably high as an italian i eat a lot of carbs too but i eat them strategically to not seem bloated since the bloat won’t last long

Yeah they make u bloated but u also wanna have carbs to prevent cortisol bloat Wich is also real personally for me the sweat spot is 150g of carbs. But even at 300 I’m still not that bloated. The main that bloats is the sugar bc it causes massive insulin spike. But if u eat slow digesting carbs u won’t get bloated even if your all the way up to 300g

i am not italian i am a lightskinned pakistani but yeah my bodyfat does seem high around 25% judging from my body

Your lifts at the gym will suffer a lot if you don't eat carbs. You will also generally feel weaker, less energetic and dull without some carbs. Evrything in moderation is the best approach

Yes they have anti nutrients like phytates and lectins but so do beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables cooking, soaking, or fermenting largely neutralizes them. Also phytates act as antioxidants and lectins in small quantities can regulate blood sugar.Meat also contains compounds like such harmful compounds. Grains are just fine. They do cause bloating and are empty calories but they are just fine.

Fascia release helps a ton when it comes to devloating

Constricted fascia = Poor bloodflow
Poor bloodflow = Poor lympathic drainage
Poor lympathic drainage = Water retention


Its easy as fk to do, i started doing it this month and the difference is there, too bad noone talks about it and copes with potassium like retards
