Does electrolyte packets bloat?

I’ve used these electrolyte packets and use coconut water already but not sure if the sodium in these bloats or not does anybody have input?

i did and theres around 60 mg of sodium for each but not sure if that means bloat or not because i keep seeing peple talking about how electrolytes debloat

potassium = debloat sodium = bloat. I belive the ideal ratio for debloating is 3:1 potassium:sodium
