Groceries are very expensive first of all during summer the sun is almost there 24/7, and during winter it’s opposite. Since it is small town, there is only one store where we can buy anything (that’s available obv), only one school(so during school I also have to see 5 yrs olds) and since it is not so populated almost everyone knows u and ur business. If u do one slight bad thing ur going to have pretty bad reputation . Also the police station here is abandoned jfl

Nope in Greenland there are barely whites (it is mostly indigenous) here and if it is it is mostly Danish ppl (and they mostly live in popular citys like Nuuk, Ilulisat, Uummannaq) and for school yes it is generally good but stuff like school supplies and even teachers are limited. Also we are 120 students in Avanersuup Atuarfia which is the only school in Qaanaaq
