Does everyone around know when you are non- nt? [ severe major depression, social anxiety, ADHD,AUTISM] Is it possible to hide it?

How to hide it then?
 
not possible brah. if u legit have all of that there's no way to hide without drugmaxxing and even then ur social skills will be hard to develop depending on the severity of autism and other factors like voice and approachability etc

I've been officially diagnosed with autism from an early age and it's never been much of a hindrance with women, they just think I'm a himbo rather than a retard.

they can tell something is off, they can't tell exactly what and will treat you way better if you improve your appearance, lets you get away with a lot.

Avoid caffeine, avoid alcohol (drunk confidence is for betas), smoking of any sorts (hurts lungs no matter what).

Strict sleep schedule is the best mood regulator.

Don't drink but pretend like you're drinking

Drinking, smoking, staying out late will descend you brutally

Only do it once a week max

Yeah, as i get older, this just rings truer.

Even though its like being left handed... Society is just made for NT-extrovert...
