Does everyone canthal tilt get negative with age?

It kind of makes sense that as the tissues around the eyes sag with time, the shape of your eye would trend downward at the far edge.

Given how fragile this skin is this could start happening as early as your late 20s, and you might know get a beautiful shake and structure around them for a very small window of time
