What do you feel more: everything is easy and straight forward, or painful and difficult

Everything is difficult innit my brain is rotten by the internet even brushing my teeth feel like I’m motivating myself to run a marathon

Once it becomes routine it's easy. But getting into that is difficult. Gotta do whatever u have to do once u wake up. No putting it off.
