idk i've made commitment to myself that i would do nofap all 366 days of 2024. but i have pied and need to fix it + it will give me some additional time to achieve things in life

i fap, but only around once a week on average. If I don’t fap for over a week my sex drive increases which probably ages me so I don’t do nofap. Hopefully I can lower sex so I don’t have to fap at all to age less

It depletes nutrients for sure, but also fapping frequently could upregulate reproductive genes therefore compromiseing your ability to preserve youth
