Look, eyes are kinda similar but the eye hooding are different and change the look a lot.

Yeah blepharoplasty before and afters never show increased hooding. It seems primarily aimed at decreasing hooding.

Ptosis repair maybe also needed for bad UEE cases. I’m one of them. Not sure if I need to do fat first and ptosis after or vice versa or if it doesn’t matter or if they could even be combined.

He already has good hooding medially

There is no need to “increase his hooding” of course a blepharoplasty doesn’t do that and nobody says it does

The diagnosis is excess fat towards the lateral canthus causing negative hooding

The treatment is removal of fat in this area

The name of this treatment is upper blepharoplasty

The treatment must be performed by a surgeon who understands the nature of the request

He must not remove too much

In his case he will be able to remove some and his eyes will still be entirely hooded except now the hooding will not be negative
