Does filling in my eyebrows make them fall out?

So my eyebrows are pretty assymetrical,there is also a bit of hair missing on the ends of both. I would like to get them microbladed,however I feel like I am too young for it (16),so I just fill them in with an eyebrow pen everyday to fix them. My question is,how bad is it for my eyebrows? Will it make them fall out after a period of time? My mom from her experience keeps telling me that they will
