Does focal length affect the actual midface ratio numbers?

Say you take the exact same pic, in the exact same angle, in the exact same lighting

but one with higher focal length and one with lower etc. the only thing changing is the focal length

Would the measurements come out different?

Okay but actually measure it. I just measured them and it came out as the same midface ratio so..

First set of pics is 24mm and second is 150mm

So wtf? Both came back as 0.94
