Does glucosamine powder give you more height than its pill form?

Generally powder supplements absorb better than their capsule/pill counterparts so I was wondering if anyone has experience with glucosamine/chondroitin powder giving them more height gain than the pills

I just ordered CJC and IPA. Also megadosing GABA and Melatonin and creatine. Hopefully I grow at least another inch
